Refund Policy
Version 1.2 · Effective 7 October 2026 · Last updated 7 October 2026
1. Fourteen days, full refund
If you are not happy with Voci Family, ask within 14 days and we will refund the payment in full. You do not have to give a reason. This covers:
- your first payment, for 14 days after it;
- each yearly renewal, for 14 days after it.
Monthly renewals are not refunded. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time, and you will not be charged again (see section 5).
2. How to ask
In Voci, open Parent Space → Voci Family and press Ask for a refund. The button is there for 14 days after a payment this policy covers. Paddle reviews the refund before the money is sent back.
If the button is not there, or it asks you to write to us, email help@voci.family from the address you use to sign in to Voci, or tell us that address in your message. Please include the date of the payment. If you still have the receipt email, you can forward it, but you do not need it.
You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, where you can look up your order with the email address you paid with.
3. Who sends the money back
Voci Family is sold through Paddle.com, our online reseller. Paddle is the merchant of record for every order: it takes the payment, sends your receipt and handles the refund. The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank.
4. What a refund changes
A refunded payment also cancels the subscription it paid for, so you will not be charged again. Your family's account and everything in it stay yours, and you can delete your account at any time from Parent Space → Your data → Delete my account.
5. Cancelling without a refund
You can cancel whenever you like, in Voci, from Parent Space → Voci Family. You keep Voci Family until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
6. Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to your rights under French and EU consumer law. Nothing here reduces them. That includes the 14-day right of withdrawal for contracts made at a distance, and the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services.
Section 1 is what we offer on top of that. It does not touch the refund the law itself requires: if Voci Family does not work as described, tell us, and if we cannot put it right you can end your subscription and be refunded for the time it did not work. That applies to a monthly subscription too (Code de la consommation, articles L224-25-12 and following, and section 13 of the terms of use).
